Can I cancel or change my order once I've placed it?

Unfortunately, we can't edit, change or cancel orders once placed. Please contact our customer service team at hello@tableandtray.com and we will do our best to help you!

I entered the wrong address at checkout, what should I do?

These things happen however we are not always able to change your details once your order is placed however, please contact our customer service team at hello@tableandtray.com and we will do our best to help you. 

I have not received my order confirmation, what should I do?

Order confirmations are sent via SMS or email immediately after placing your order, depending on the details you have provided. 

If you have provided your email and you can’t see your order confirmation, please check your junk mailbox :)

How long will my order take to get to me?
All orders are subject to up to 72 hour processing time and take roughly 5-7 days to be shipped. 

Will my glasses be broken when they get to me?
We take immense pride in getting your products to you without breakage - we wrap them very carefully. However, breakage does happen in transit. 

If this is the case, please send us a photo of your items without taking them out of their packaging to hello@tableandtray.com - if we find they have been broken in transit, we will replace them for free (and cover the shipping cost!)
